Working together and the well-being of our personnel are important to us. Our values and operating principles guide our way of working and encourage cooperation.
We invest in the development and maintenance of competence. We enable learning through versatile, interesting and challenging tasks. We encourage in-house career development, offer training to maintain professional skills and support self-motivated study.
Carbon neutral Tampere 2030
We bear our responsibility for the environment – we are fair and do not waste resources.
We are committed to the Sustainable Tampere 2030 program. The climate action goals are presented in the Carbon Neutral Tampere 2030 Roadmap. Our roadmap includes 13 different goals and measures. The goals have been classified into four categories, which are development of operations, low-emission use of machinery, carbon sequestration, and use of recycled materials and circular economy.
Based on these goals, we have created a program for our operations to reduce harmful emissions and support biodiversity.
