It is important to understand that failure to comply with laws and instructions can have serious personal or company-related consequences.
We expect our partners to commit to the same principles.

An employee must avoid anything in his or her activities that is inconsistent with the procedure reasonably required of an employee in his or her position. We may not perform work for another person or otherwise engage in any activity that would be an act of competition that is contrary to the practice to be followed in the employment relationship and as such would harm the company.
A side job may not jeopardize trust in impartiality in the performance of the task or otherwise hinder the proper performance of the task. The employee must submit a side business permit application or notification to the employer in accordance with the company’s policies.

We always act openly and honestly with our partners. We do not give or accept inappropriate gifts, entertainment or favors. No employee may also request or accept personal benefits for themselves.
We may give or accept gifts and entertainment that are in accordance with normal good practice, of reasonable value and appropriate to the nature of the cooperation relationship. These may include professional networking events in the industry, product and service presentations that are justified from a business perspective and related to the performance of one’s own work duties, customer and partner lunches and business gifts of small value.

We do not accept abuse, bribery, inappropriate treatment or violation of regulations.
Our partners represent Tampereen Infra in the work we commission. Our partners act on construction sites as equals to our personnel and we work in good cooperation towards the set goal. We are not afraid of challenges, and not everything always goes as planned. We understand this also for our partners, but we expect everyone to take responsibility for their own actions and to be ready for fair and constructive cooperation.
We require our partners to fulfill their social obligations, including in accordance with the requirements set by the Client Liability Act. We also do not accept any kind of distortion of competition or actions aimed at it.

We support the functioning of the work community with active and open communication and communication channels that reach the entire staff equally.
Every employee has a duty of loyalty towards their employer. This means that material that damages the company’s reputation or business should not be published in public, such as on personal social media channels.
Each employee is responsible for their own good communication behavior, such as how they answer the phone and emails or how they interact with a local resident.
